  • We specialise in the sale of refurbished Apple products and other smart devices.
  • All items sold are second-hand/refurbished unless otherwise stated and are graded according to condition.
  • While we make every effort to describe products accurately, images are for illustrative purposes only and minor cosmetic differences may exist.

3. Orders and Payment

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our sole discretion.
  • Prices listed are in Euro (€) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment is taken at the time of purchase using secure third-party payment providers.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • We aim to dispatch orders within 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery times vary and are estimated at checkout.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or force majeure events.

6. Warranty

Coverage:

  • Unlocked iPhones – 12-month warranty
  • iPads – 6-month or greater warranty (model/listing specific)
  • Network-locked devices – warranty coverage in line with listing
  • Includes repair or replacement with devices of equal or greater specification

Accepted Faults Covered by Warranty:

  • Screen faults (e.g., unresponsive touch or more than two dead pixels)
  • Earpiece or microphone faults
  • Charging port faults
  • Home button faults
  • Speakers or camera malfunctions
  • Locked devices (if sold as Unlocked)

Not Covered by Warranty:

  • Headphone jack issues
  • Slow iOS performance
  • Minor button faults (functional over 75% of the time)
  • Battery degradation unless impairing device startup or usage
  • Devices returned with passcodes or iCloud locked
  • Screen discolouration (e.g., pink line) or board-level faults (e.g., audio IC, charger IC)
  • Accidental or liquid damage, screen/LCD cracks, general wear and tear

Warranty is for consumer use only. Devices purchased for wholesale purposes are subject to separate terms and warranty coverage.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • IncTablet Ireland Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage, including data loss, revenue loss, or business interruption.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

8. Use of Website

  • You agree not to misuse this website, including attempting to gain unauthorised access or introducing viruses.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website for users who breach these Terms.
